현재, 샘 다문화 공생 코너에서는, 업무를 일부 변경하고 대응하고 있습니다.
창구에서의 감염 확대 방지 대책으로서, 아쿠리르파테숀·알코올 소독액의 설치하고 있습니다.

Currently, the Izumi Multicultural Corner is dealing with some changes in its operations.
As a measure to prevent the spread of infection at the counter, we have installed acrylic partitions and alcohol disinfectant.

요코하마시 다문화 공생 종합 상담 센터가 2019년 8월 1일에 개설된 것에 따라, 센터와 요코하마시내 국제 교류 라운지와의 연계 강화를 목적으로 해, 원격 상담 대응을 위해서 각 라운지에 타블렛이 대여되었습니다.
다문화 공생 코너는 물론, 각 창구에서 일본어가 잘 못하는 외국 적 쪽의 수속의 도움에 활용합니다.

・다문화 공생 종합 상담 센터와 화상 전화(11개국어 대응)
・음성번역 앱에 의한 다언어 번역

With the opening of the Yokohama Multicultural Center on August 1, 2019, tablets were lent to each lounge for remote consultation in order to strengthen the relationship between the center and the international lounges in Yokohama.
It will be used to help foreign nationals who are not good at Japanese with procedures at each counter as well as the Multicultural Community Corner.

이즈미구 관공서 내에서 중국어 생활 상담, 인도차이나 난민 정주자·베트남어 생활 상담을 실시하고 있습니다.
※캄보디아어와 라오스어는 전화 통역입니다.

요코하마 시내의 “다문화 공생의 지역개발” “인재육성·시민 활동의 지원” “국제 협력의 추진” “국제 교류 정보 제공”에 대해서 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다.
