Smartphone app “my route” is very convenient.
You can buy the ticket for 24 hours in advance.
Just show your smartphone screen when you use subway and bus.

With this Maas app
・ You can search the route combined with various transportation means, including public transportation and bicycles.
・ You can book various kinds of tickets and pay with your credit card.
・ You can search gourmet and event information cooperated with local shopping centers.
・ You can pay with your credit card or TOYOTA wallet.
Only with this app you can search the route, book the ticket, pay and use it.

② Membership Registration
After the app starts, register membership. Just input your mail address and password.

③Buy the ticket
Push the “booking / use” button on the app screen, You can also buy from the route searching screen.
Instructions for the digital ticket
The period of validity
This ticket is valid for 180 days after the day of purchase.
Information for users
・When you use this ticket, show your screen clearly to the bus drivers or station officers.
・The maximum number of ticket you can buy at one time is limited to two (adults) and three (children).
・You cannot distribute this ticket, change the number of people after using it.
In case you are supposed to use separately, prepare the digital ticket on each person's smartphone in advance.
・ we cannot make up when the digital ticket is not shown on the smartphone screen, due to dead batteries or breakdown.
In such cases, use the ticket after paying the regular fare.
Refund of the ticket
You can refund on the app before using the ticket. A cancellation fee is 100 yen per each. You cannot refund after using it.
Internet environment
Communication environment is needed when you start using the ticket.
Once you start, you can use it off-line.
Issue of a receipt
We send a receipt to the user's mail address registered on “my route” app. We cannot reissue it.
